New Construction Inspection:
It’s easy to think that a brand new home will be in flawless condition when you walk through the door for the first time, but this isn’t always the case. Many times, newly constructed homes come with a multitude of issues due to poor craftsmanship or tight deadlines where corners were cut to finish on time. With a new construction inspection from us, we will take a deep look at your newly constructed home to make sure that all aspects of the home inside and out have been properly designed, built and or installed and any issues can be corrected by the builder so you can have peace of mind that your new home meets the standards for you and your family.
11 Month Warranty Inspection:
We also offer an “11 Month Warranty Inspection”. This inspection is performed 11 months after you’ve moved into your newly constructed home. It’s likely you have a “1 Year Warranty” from the builder that is about to expire. With an inspection from us, we will find any defects that could have happened over the course of the year so you can get those addressed before the warranty expires.
About Us
SafeGuard Inspections was founded by Carl Mayer. Born and raised in western Kansas, Carl grew up a hard working farm kid. Carl understands that quality work and integrity are two important standards for a local business to stand on and in return thrive. Carl has spent many years in the construction industry and has worn many hats. For 5 years Carl pursued a career as a Pipeline Welder, building pipeline systems all across the country. Along side that, he has taken on many residential construction projects specializing in home remodels and fix and flips. Carl moved to Manhattan, KS to become a real estate investor when he decided to start his own inspection company. Carl also has developed a passion for aviation and can be spotted at Manhattan’s airport flying his Cherokee on a calm Saturday afternoon.
