This document will act as a manual for your home. We will include helpful information regarding key systems and the recommended yearly maintenance to ensure your home’s well being for years to come.
In addition to your inspection report, you will be provided with a free “cost repair estimate report” from Repair Pricer. This report will be delivered to your RE Agent within 24 hrs after the inspection. (If you are not working with an agent, the report will be emailed directly to you.) About Us
SafeGuard Inspections was founded by Carl Mayer. Born and raised in western Kansas, Carl grew up a hard working farm kid. Carl understands that quality work and integrity are two important standards for a local business to stand on and in return thrive. Carl has spent many years in the construction industry and has worn many hats. For 5 years Carl pursued a career as a Pipeline Welder, building pipeline systems all across the country. Along side that, he has taken on many residential construction projects specializing in home remodels and fix and flips. Carl moved to Manhattan, KS to become a real estate investor when he decided to start his own inspection company. Carl also has developed a passion for aviation and can be spotted at Manhattan’s airport flying his Cherokee on a calm Saturday afternoon.
